EPS Audit Manager
A user-friendly tool for the management of Clinical Audit programmes.
The system provides Audit managers with comprehensive facilities to record and monitor audits, and to capture data relevant for national and local requirements.

The software allows full details of audits to be entered, including the rationale for carrying out the audit, the audit objectives and user-defined audit types (such as National Audit, Directorate Level Audit).

All personnel involved with audits can be recorded. The audit lead, audit facilitator and day-to-day contact are all easily identified.

The checklist feature enables a set of user-defined milestones to be established to monitor the audit progression from the Design phase to Re-Audit, setting deadlines for completion of each phase and dating each step at the time of completion.

A range of data capture screens is available, including Standards, Audit Methods, Recommendations and Actions, Keywords and Peer Review.

A web-based extension of EPS Audit Manager allowing information to be published on a local intranet.
The Audit Summary Screen provides a snapshot of key Audit information.
The Audit Checklist facility allows the user to define a set of milestones
for each audit. Due dates can be set and each stage marked and dated as
completed. Further notes on each milestone can be added.
